 Vacant Soft Staging

Traditional vacant staging is setting up a vacant house with everything from furniture, rugs and decor. While this approach is the best approach for a vacant home, it can be beyond some sellers' budgets. There are alternatives. Soft staging is the most budget friendly practical alternative. With soft staging, I bring in artwork and accessories to define spaces and make them feel warmer and more inviting. An empty house is not a home and a completely blank canvas or awkward spaces can be intimidating. It doesn't tap buyers' emotions which is what we need to get them to want to buy your home.

Soft staging is partly about the little details - a mirror in the foyer, white fluffy towels in the bathroom, and bowl of apples on the island. Soft staging is also about which details and where they should be placed to ensure the home's key assets are the focal point. With soft staging, now the buyers can envision themselves in the space.
